Grilled BBQ Chicken Sandwich
I love a good barbecue chicken sandwich, and Hardee's delivers.
Her sandwich consists of grilled chicken breasts, Hardee's BBQ sauce, tomato and lettuce, served on a potato bun. I only wish they would add some onion slices or something crunchy to the sandwich.
The flavors are great, but the texture could use some stiffness. The chicken is juicy and white on the inside, nicely grilled on the outside and browned in the flavorful barbecue sauce.
An underrated feature of this sandwich is the soft, starchy potato bun that adds a sense of comfort to every bite.
Frisco-Burger
Hardee's Frisco Thickburger is an interesting menu item.
This twist on a classic burger is a ⅓-pound Angus beef patty with crispy bacon, melted Swiss cheese, tomatoes, and mayonnaise, served on a toasted bun.
While I don't usually play with a burger on a sandwich bun, the sourdough was thick and chewy enough to stand up to the burger.
The burger was good but the bacon was fantastic. Perfectly crunchy with gooey Swiss cheese underneath.
While the tomato tastes fresh and juicy, the burger can be usedother coveron it, like some lettuce or sliced red onion.

It's a generous helping of some of the most popular breakfast favorites served at Hardee's. The plate includes biscuits and gravy, two double eggs, two strips of crispy bacon, and Hardee's Hash Rounds.
Depending on which place you visit, instead of or in addition to the bacon, you might also get sausage, country ham, country steak, chicken fillet, pork chop, or smoked sausage.
I love their hash rounds that look and taste like potato chips! Plastic eggs seem unnecessary to me, but everything else with the dish is a win.
Grilled chicken club sandwich
Similar to the BBQ Chicken Sandwich, Hardee's Charbroiled Chicken Club is a tender hunk of protein in a beautifully constructed sandwich.
The sandwich consists of grilled chicken breasts, two strips of bacon, melted Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise, served on a potato bun.
Again, their bacon is perfect. Crispy and crunchy without being dry or overwhelming, you get two hunks of fat in the sandwich.
For me, this sandwich beats the BBQ sandwich for texture, flavor, and presentation. But I can feel that way about bacon! But the chicken is flavorful, giving it a fresher flavor than a soggy piece of fried chicken.

Who doesn't love french fries? They're just as tasty as regular fries, but more fun!
Crispy Hardee's Curls are delicious side dishes that kids and adults alike love. They're seasoned with a tangy seasoning that likely includes salt, pepper, and a hint of Cajun seasoning.
The fries don't disappoint when it comes to curling them as they are complete corkscrews. Like other french fries, crispy curls have the skin of the potato.
Snails make a wonderful side dish with a burger or chicken sandwich, but they don't offer the most generous portions, so be prepared for a small side order of fries.
Frisco breakfast sandwich
I love the Frisco breakfast sandwich.
It comes with thinly sliced ham, a double egg, melted American and Swiss cheese on sourdough toast. I don't know what Frisco means, but apparently it means you get sourdough, which I like.
Slightly larger than most breakfast sandwiches, this sandwich is ideal for a hungry morning. Both types of cheese are best, contributing a sweet and salty flavor profile in addition to a lot of stickiness.
If you're a bacon-obsessed Hardee like me, you can swap out the ham for bacon and take your breakfast to a whole new level.
Hand Breaded Chicken
You can order Hardee's Breaded Chicken Tenders in a variety of sizes, including 3-piece, 5-piece, 10-piece, 15-piece, or 20-piece.
Their grilled chicken sandwiches are delicious, but the classic fried chicken is hard to beat.
Hardee's describes them as premium white meat chicken, hand-dipped in buttermilk, lightly breaded and deep-fried until golden. And it's hard to disagree with that.
The chicken is white on the inside and tender with a satisfying crunch. You can taste the decadence of buttermilk in every bite, making the ideal batter.
Hardees ofrece cinco salsas: Buttermilk Ranch, Smoked Barbecue Sauce, Honey Mustard, Honey Q y Buffalo Sauce.

We've been talking about hash rounds with your breakfast plate, but let's dig deeper.
Hardee's calls them their signature hash rounds, but they're basically doer tots with a breakfast vibe. But that doesn't mean they aren't good, because they definitely are.
The potatoes are mashed and then formed into circles so that the inside is fluffy, if a bit bland.
The outside, however, is flavorful and wonderfully crispy. I appreciate the rounds are small so you don't eat a lot of plain potatoes in one bite.
Hardee's page of Hash Rounds typically contains ten, which is a generous amount compared to other fast-food restaurants.
Ice-shake
Hardee's has classic artisanal ice cream shakes that hit the spot on hot summer days.
The shakes use real ice, real milk and a whipped cream for a sweet treat. You can get chocolate, vanilla or strawberry.
I'm a purist so I ordered the vanilla milkshake which was the perfect consistency but not the tastiest. Instead of French vanilla or premium vanilla ice cream, they use the easiest vanilla ice cream in the world in my opinion.
But the shake is creamy and smooth, not lumpy or frozen like some places serve. I recommend chocolate or strawberry as they are probably tastier. And skip the whipped topping unless you like that fake chemical milk taste.
Cookie Monster
The Monster Biscuit is a true wonder.
Those with big morning appetites will obsess over this truly monstrous breakfast sandwich, hence the name.
The sandwich doesn't force you to pick your breakfast meat, instead you get crispy bacon, sausage patties, thinly sliced ham, double egg and two slices of American cheese on a fluffy sweet bun.
While the sandwich is difficult to fit in your mouth, it's fairly easy to finish as it's a monument of taste. Hardee's carefully spreads the cheese over the meaty layers so each luncheon meat cut has a gooey layer between them.
If you're at Hardee's early in the morning and don't know how to start your day, choose Monster Biscuit. You will not be disappointed.
Mushrooms and thick Swiss burger
I think Hardee's Mushroom and Swiss Angus Burger is my best menu item on this list.
It's a 1/3-pound patty made from char-grilled 100% Black Angus beef, topped with melted Swiss cheese and a thick mushroom gravy, all served on a toasted potato bun.
The flavors of the burgers are excellent, which is not surprising since Swiss and mushrooms go together perfectly.
The burger is thick and juicy and has a wonderful grill on the outside, giving you rich, crunchy flavor in every bite. The best part is the combination of melted, salty Swiss cheese and the rich mushroom sauce.
While it's a messy meal, the extra napkins are worth using.
Naturally cut French fries
We need to talk about her fries or this wouldn't be a good Hardee's menu.
A fast food placegood friesit's basically a flop. Luckily, Hardee's can be called a success as the fries are delicious.
If you love a potato with a skin on, you'll love these fries and the rich potato flavor. They have a nice and crispy outside and a fluffy inside.
My favorite sauce with Hardee fries is Honey Q, an extra sweet barbecue sauce with a twist.
Sunrise-Halbmond
Be careful; You can't get Hardee's Sunrise Croissant everywhere.
So don't blame me if someone close to you doesn't! However, if you are lucky enough to try one, you will fall in love with this breakfast sandwich.
Your choice of thinly sliced ham, crispy bacon, or double egg sausage and American cheese nestled between a flaky croissant.
It's hard not to love croissants, and while Hardee's croissants aren't bakery quality, they're pretty good for a fast food restaurant. They are buttery soft and tender, although the exterior sometimes looks dated.
Hardee's eggs aren't my favorite, but they're not fast food eggs either. Protein makes the sandwich. I usually prefer the salty bacon, but I also enjoyed the croissant sandwich with the spicy bratwurst for breakfast.
Beef Taco Salad
Hardee's Beef Taco Salad is a sight to behold.
Firstly, it's huge, so if you're worried about going hungry, don't! It's served with seasoned ground beef, shredded lettuce, salsa, shredded cheese, hot sauce, refried beans, and sour cream in a crunchy flour tortilla bowl.
The tortilla bowl is my favorite part because it's like having french fries with a salad.
The meat is flavorful and comes with a good amount of veggies and beans to keep you full.
While I enjoyed the beef taco salad, nothing wowed me. And despite the hot sauce, I wish it was a little spicier to add more flavor.
Biscuits and Gravy Dip
A classic comfort food, Hardee's Biscuit 'N' Gravy satisfies your gut and soul.
The meal is served with two homemade biscuits coated in a white sausage sauce. Cookies and gravy are a must for me so my expectations were high and Hardee's hit home.
Your cookies will be fluffy but sturdy enough to hold the sauce properly. And the sauce is thick and creamy with chunks of salty sausage with a subtle peppery flavor.
It's a great combination of flavors, but it wasn't the best cookie and sauce I've ever had. My biggest complaint is that it wasn't hot, closer to a tepid temperature.
